Whether you're hosting a film screening, live performance, meeting, or workshop, the historic Avery Theatre in Etna, CA offers a welcoming venue for individuals, groups, and organizations—including community-based nonprofits.

📅 Booking Options

We offer flexible rental packages to suit a variety of needs:

• Commercial Productions– Perfect for multiple day performances, film festivals, full-length productions, multiple all-day gatherings or extended setup needs. Rehearsal/setup days are included.

• Private productions – Great for film showings with Q& A’s, one night performances, music video releases, or all-day gatherings of most kinds.

• Non-profit Productions – Discounted options available for proven non-profits and their seasonal or monthly events.

🫶 Special Consideration for Nonprofits

We proudly support the work of local nonprofits, schools, and charitable organizations. Qualified groups may receive reduced rates or waived fees based on event type, availability, and alignment with our mission of arts and community enrichment.

📄 Rental Agreement

All rentals include a standard agreement outlining:

• Venue access times and usage areas

• Technical equipment availability (projector, sound system, lighting, stage)

• Staffing or volunteer support

• Insurance, liability, and safety guidelines

• Deposit and payment terms

• Cleanup and facility restoration responsibilities

💳 Deposits & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit secures your booking date.

• Full payment is due at least 72 hours before your event unless otherwise arranged with SVTC.

❗ Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days notice may be eligible for partial refunds.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are generally not refundable.
